Damaged Packages

We do our best to pack all orders securely, to ensure that they arrive safely to their destinations. However, if your products arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Each case will be handled on a case by case basis. Resolutions may include full or partial refunds or replacements for the damaged products.

Shipping Errors

I do not make errors. I am nearly perfect…but in the event of a highly unlikely mistake, please contact me so I can find out who did it.
